Delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

All products in the Janimea Store are digital downloads. We don't ship anything physical, and there are no shipping charges.

When you get it

Checkout and delivery are handled by Gumroad. The moment your payment goes through, Gumroad shows a download button and emails you a download link. The product also stays in your Gumroad Library (gumroad.com/library) under the email you paid with, so you can download it again later.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first. If money left your account and you have no download link within 24 hours, email hello@janimea.com with your Gumroad receipt or the email you paid with. We will deliver it or refund you in full.
