You can browse janimea.com without an account, and we do not collect personal information from those pages. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
The Janimea Store (janimea.com/store) has no accounts or logins. When you buy, you check out on Gumroad. Gumroad shares your order details with us (your name, email address, the product, the amount and the date) so we can deliver it, send updates and help with refunds.
Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Gumroad and its payment processors; we never see or store them. Gumroad handles your data under its own privacy policy. The site itself is hosted on DigitalOcean. Some of these providers store data outside India. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete the order details we hold, apart from what we are legally required to keep.
Some pages link to or show images from third parties such as YouTube, Instagram and Gumroad. When you open those sites, they may collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not control or share data with them on your behalf.
janimea.com does not set any cookies. Gumroad may set its own cookies on its checkout pages to process and protect payments.
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, and deletion regarding any data you have shared with us. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
